What are the prices for your escape room experiences?

All of our locations have the same transparent pricing structure, which includes taxes and has no hidden fees.

Our prices are as follows:

  • 2 Player Group: $130
  • 3 Player Group: $150
  • 4 Player Group: $160
  • Additional Players: $40/each

You may purchase additional player tickets in-person on the day of the event, up to the room capacity. Please note that any players added after the initial purchase will cost $40 each, regardless of the number of players booked initially.

We accept all major credit cards and cash (when paying in person).

As Wild Goose Escapes is a live event, refunds and cancellations are not accepted once the booking is confirmed. However, rescheduling is permitted up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of your game for a $35 rescheduling fee.

What is the maximum group size that can participate?

Depending on the room, a single escape room can accommodate between 2 to 10 players at a time, with Prison Escape in Huntington Beach allowing up to 10 players (20 players if booking both Prison rooms for Head-to-Head) and Secrets of Shadow Point which has a maximum group size of 10 players.

If you have 10+ Players and would like to still enjoy one of our escape room experiences, we recommend booking a HEAD-TO-HEAD experience where your group can split up into two different rooms and compete against each other.

If you book a Head-to-Head experience, you have the option to have 4-20 players, split into two teams in two rooms (both of which feature the same game).

4v2, 3v3, 4v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6,10v10,  etc. you name it- there are plenty of options to play with larger groups!

Our Fullerton location can host up to 30 players simultaneously between all 4 rooms

The Huntington Beach facility can host up to 54 players simultaneously between all 6 rooms

The Irvine location can host up to 15 players simultaneously between 2 rooms.

HEAD-TO-HEAD is available if booking both Prison C and Prison D at the same timeslot at our Huntington Beach location.

What are the available escape rooms you offer?

Across our three locations at Fullerton, Huntington Beach, and Irvine we have 9 different escape room scenarios and 2 Head-to-Head capable rooms, based on diverse themes:

  • Secrets of Shadow Point – Investigate the Haunted Asylum
  • Elevate: Skylounge – Escape the malfunctioned elevator to arrive in time for the party on the penthouse floor.

What is the recommended timeframe for booking in advance?

To secure your preferred date and time for your event, we recommend booking with us as early as possible. Our availability can fill up quickly, so don’t hesitate to make your reservation to guarantee your spot.

Is a deposit required to book my event?

We do not require any deposits to book your event.

However, to secure the date and time of your event, you must book the room(s) of your choice in advance. We suggest reserving the minimum number of players that will be attending your event, and you can always add more players on the day of the event.

This approach helps avoid the purchase of too many player tickets and eliminates the risk of any unused tickets, as we do not offer refunds.

What if someone from your group is unable to attend the event?

If someone is unable to attend on the day of the event, we recommend letting us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations, but you may bring in a substitute player in their place. If you have already purchased their player ticket, you may use that ticket towards the substitute player’s ticket.

This is also why we suggest reserving the minimum number of players that will be attending your event, and you can always add more players on the day of the event.

This approach helps avoid the purchase of too many player tickets and eliminates the risk of any unused tickets, as we do not offer refunds.

Is it possible for our entire group to start at the same time?

Certainly!

We understand the importance of starting your event at a convenient time for your entire party, and are happy to accommodate your scheduling needs. Our default available timeslots can be adjusted to fit your preferred start time.

When booking your event with us, simply specify your preferred start time on the form below or when discussing your event with our team. We will work with you to create a customized schedule that works best for your group.

Is there a conference or meeting room available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a meeting space other than our lobby. 

However, our locations are conveniently located near several dining options, allowing you to plan a lunch or dinner meeting before or after your escape room experience.
